Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Exchange Policy

If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement. Please contact our support within 48 hours of receiving the product with photo evidence.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
